Storage products, containers, bins, labels, and other organizational materials are billed separately from service pricing and include a 15% procurement and installation fee.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving sourced products prior to purchase when applicable.

AO Atelier is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or damage resulting from improperly installed third-party systems or furniture.

Project timelines may vary depending on product availability, scheduling, client responsiveness, or unforeseen circumstances.

Deposits, retainers, and purchased products may be non-refundable once work has begun or orders have been placed.

AO Atelier reserves the right to decline or terminate projects at its discretion.

All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, and imagery are the intellectual property of AO Atelier, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Use of this website does not establish a client relationship until a formal agreement has been executed.
